The project comprised mechanical and electrical upgrades for Heatons Stores throughout Ireland.
Services include full mechanical and electrical design and site supervision. When designing the mechanical and electrical services considerations were made for other elements needed within the store such as, stock rooms, sliver rooms, manager’s office, admin office, cash office, locker rooms, canteen, toilets, changing areas and disabled toilet facilities.
The ability to design, construct and fit-out a retail store within very tight programme, requires close co-ordination between ourselves the architect and the retailer’s merchandise designers.
This close co-ordination is continued when the project reaches site, in conjunction with the main contractor, M&E sub-contractors and merchandise installers, to ensure official store opening dates are kept.
