Architecture and lead consultant services provided to Mivan Developments for an ambitious €500m investment in property development in Romania.
The first of ten shopping centre developments, Liberty Mall is located at a busy intersection in Rahova, south west Bucharest. The development consists of three levels of retail floorspace over two basement levels of customer car park and an underground service yard. The building has a lettable floor space of 25,000 sq m, and 700 customer car parking spaces. The top floor has a focus on entertainment, and it includes a multiplex cinema and a large food court centred around an ice skating rink.
