Storm drainage design in accordance with local authority flooding and attenuation legislation.
Dedicated storm culvert to adjacent river.
Rainwater harvesting system included in each dwelling
Foul drainage system and adopted highways
Scheme met Code for Sustainable Homes level 3 sustainability assessment
Water, power, telecoms, street lighting and landscaping
