Queens University Belfast School of Management and Executive Education Centre, is a new centre of excellence for graduate and post graduate management education, a state of the art executive education facility and conferencing centre.
The scheme includes a £5.0M refurbishment and remodelling of Riddel Hall, a historic early 20th Century former student residential building and £6.0M new build academic office building, conference centre and lecture halls.
The scheme is located within a conservation area which together with the historic nature of Riddel Hall required sensitive design of the new buildings. Structural and civil engineering services were provided.
