Architecture and lead consultant services provided for this large scale retail development located just outside Sligo Town Centre in North West Ireland.
Following negotiations with the local municipal authority approval was granted for 3 restaurant units and 15 retail warehouse units of varying sizes. Construction commenced following archaeological works on site.
Strict planning guidelines have resulted in a modern aesthetic for buildings incorporating glazed walkway canopies, bolted glass entrance lobbies and continuous shop-front glazing. The scheme is complemented by a comprehensive soft and hard tiered, landscaping scheme which utilises the level difference across the development. The scheme is anchored by Homebase and has attracted a range of UK and Irish Retailers.
