21 classroom primary school, in 2 blocks. The new buildings are situated within the existing playground and grass play areas of the old school. The site has a significant slope and therefore retention was required at boundaries to fit the buildings within the site. Reinforced earth & anchor block retention was chosen as the quickest most cost effective solution.

Both buildings are steel framed and joined by glazed link corridor. Classroom block is 2 storey, with classrooms arranged around central courtyard. Single story block houses the school meals accommodation, assembly & sports halls. Both blocks are founded on concrete pad & strip foundations.

The classroom block has level access to both ground and first floor. First floor is accessed via a link bridge across to the parking set down area on Richill Park
