Bracetown Business Park is located on the N3 Navan Road in close proximity to Bracetown itself and Dunboyne.  It provides for 7,000m² of high specification office accommodation with 340 surface carparking spaces on a 5 hectare landscape site.  The building itself comprises a 3 storey steel frame, clad in masonry and insulated panels as constructed in three phase to minimise disruption to the existing facilities at Bracetown Business Park.  In response to the current ‘office rental market’ the structure of the     development was conceived to offer maximum flexibility in layout and ultimately scope to amend layouts as tenant’s needs and requirements evolve.  In that way our client has been able to offer a wide range of unit configuration for sale or lease from entry level 12 square metre units suitable for one person only to 300 square metre units serving up to 30 people.  The site developments works called for on-site attenuation of rain water prior to discharge to the River Tolka and on-site treatment of foul sewerage.
