Eurospar, Doagh, Newtownabbey

Albert Fry Associates are pleased to have provided structural and civil engineering consultancy services to the Henderson Group in the development of their new EUROSPAR at Doagh, Newtownabbey.  The £2.5m scheme includes a sales space of 7,500 sq. ft. and was created in collaboration with SPAR International and SPAR UK.  It employs 35 people and delivers a fresh food shopping experience customised for the Doagh community.  The store will also feature the latest tech innovation for retail efficiency, including the GLORY cash management system which provides customers with full touch-less cash payment solutions at the tills for a contactless checkout experience.  The scheme includes separate off licence provision with ATM, fuel and car-wash available on forecourt.
